What does it cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $165 a month. Payroll starts at $150 a month for practices whose payroll system is already running. Catch-up and clean-up work is quoted per engagement after I look at what you have.
My books are months behind. Is that going to be a problem?
It is the most common reason people call me, and there is no lecture waiting for you. I record and reconcile month by month until you are current, then keep it that way going forward.
Can you run payroll for my group practice?
If your payroll system is already set up, yes. I process the runs so payday stops living in your head. I do not build payroll systems from scratch, and I will say so up front if that is what you need.
Do you handle insurance billing or claims?
No. I do not do billing, claims, credentialing, or coding. What I do is reconcile the payments that land in your bank account against your records so your books match what really happened. If you already work with a biller, we stay in our own lanes and it works fine.
