You're in California. How does that work for a practice in Scottsdale?
Everything I do is remote and I have clients coast to coast. We share documents securely and talk by phone or video whenever it fits your schedule. Arizona and California are on the same clock most of the year, so getting on a call is easy.
What does this cost?
Monthly bookkeeping starts at $165 a month. Payroll starts at $150 a month for practices whose payroll system is already running. Catch-up and clean-up work is quoted per engagement once I see what is there.
My books are a year behind. Where do we start?
With a look at what exists. If the months were never recorded, that is catch-up work. If they were recorded and the numbers are wrong, that is clean-up. Either way I bring you current and then keep you current, and you will not hear one word of judgment from me about how it got there.
Can you run payroll for my associates?
Yes, as long as your payroll system is already set up and running. I process each pay period so your clinicians and admin staff are paid on time. I also prepare year-end 1099s for the contractors your practice pays.
Is there anything you don't handle?
I don't prepare tax returns. I keep your books tax-ready and work with whoever files for you. I also don't do insurance billing, claims, credentialing, or coding. That stays with your biller, and I record the money once it lands in the bank.
