No, and you are in good company. I have started with practices that were a year or two behind. We gather the statements, record and reconcile period by period, and get you current. Then monthly service keeps it from happening again.
Do you prepare my tax return?
I do not. I keep your books accurate and organized all year so your tax preparer gets a clean handoff instead of a shoebox. Plenty of my clients work with a preparer in Albuquerque and I am happy to answer that person's questions about your numbers.
Can you run payroll and handle my insurance billing?
I run payroll for practices whose payroll system is already set up and working, and I prepare year-end 1099s for contractors. I do not set up new payroll systems, and I do not do insurance billing, claims, credentialing, or coding. My work is your books.
