Not at all, and you have plenty of company. A busy stretch turns into a pile of unopened statements faster than anyone expects. I go back through the months that were never recorded, reconcile the accounts, and get you current. After that, monthly service keeps it from happening again.
Do you handle insurance billing or claims?
No. Claims, credentialing, and coding stay with your biller or billing service. My work begins once the money reaches your bank account. I reconcile what came in, record it correctly, and show you what the month actually produced.
Do you file my tax return?
I do not prepare tax returns. What I do is keep your books clean and organized all year so your tax preparer has everything they need without chasing you down in March. I am glad to work directly with your CPA or EA and send them whatever they ask for.
