Full-service monthly bookkeeping starts at $165 a month. Payroll starts at $150 a month for practices whose payroll system is already running. Catch-up and clean-up work is quoted per engagement once I see what exists.
My books are behind. Is that a problem?
That is how most practices find me. Some have books that were never started and some have books that were kept in a hurry and stopped making sense. I figure out which one you have, bring everything current, and then keep it current.
Can you run payroll for my group practice?
Yes, as long as your payroll system is already set up. I process the pay periods so your clinicians and staff are paid on time, and I track contractor payments through the year for 1099s. I do not set up new payroll systems.
What do you not handle?
I do not prepare tax returns. I keep your books tax-ready so your tax preparer has clean numbers to work from. I also do not do insurance billing, claims, credentialing, or coding. That work stays with your biller, and I record the deposits and fees so your revenue reconciles.
