Yes. Bakersfield is about an hour and a half up the road from me, and I work with practices all over the country anyway. Everything happens remotely through secure file sharing, email, and video calls. You work with me the whole time, not a rotating team.

My books haven't been touched in over a year. Is that a problem?
No. That's one of the most common reasons a practice owner calls me. We go back as far as we need to, record and reconcile everything period by period, and get you current. There's no lecture about how it got that way.
Do you prepare tax returns?
I don't. What I do is keep your books clean and current all year so your tax preparer receives organized records. Most of my clients tell me tax season calmed down once the books stopped being a last-minute project.
Do you run payroll or handle insurance billing?
I run payroll for practices whose payroll system is already set up, and I don't set up new payroll systems. I also don't do insurance billing, claims, credentialing, or coding. My work is the books, the reconciliations, and the monthly reporting.
