Can you run payroll for my group practice?
I can, as long as your payroll system is already set up and running. I process each pay period so your associates and staff get paid on time. I don't build new payroll systems, so if you're starting from scratch, get the system in place and then I'll take it from there.
Is there anything you don't handle?
Yes, and I would rather say it plainly. I don't prepare tax returns. I keep your books tax-ready and work alongside whoever files for you. I also don't do insurance billing, claims, credentialing, or coding. My side is the books, the reconciling, and the monthly reports.
