My books are behind. How far behind is too far?
There is no too far. If the books were never done, that is catch-up work. If they were done but nobody trusts the numbers, that is clean-up work. Either way I get you current and then keep you current with monthly service. I have never once lectured a client about how it got this way.
Do you prepare my tax return?
No. I keep your books tax-ready so your tax preparer has clean, categorized records and reconciled accounts when they need them. I am glad to talk with your preparer directly and answer their questions.
Do you handle insurance billing or claims?
No. Claims, credentialing, and coding stay with your biller or billing service. My work starts with the money that lands, so deposits from your practice management system get reconciled against your bank and recorded correctly.
