Full-service bookkeeping starts at $165 a month. Your price depends on how many accounts you have, how much activity runs through them, and whether you want payroll or bill payment added. I'll give you a flat monthly number after we talk about your practice.
My books are almost a year behind. Is that a problem?
It happens all the time and it is fixable. I gather your statements, record and reconcile period by period, and get you current. Then monthly service keeps you there. You won't hear a lecture from me about how it got that way.
Do you run payroll?
I do, for practices whose payroll system is already up and running. If you pay your team through an existing provider, I'll take the pay periods off your plate. I don't handle the initial setup of a payroll system, so if you're hiring your first employee, get the system going and then hand it to me.
Do you prepare tax returns or handle insurance claims?
Neither one. I keep your books tax-ready and work with whoever prepares your return so they receive clean, reconciled numbers. Claims, coding, and credentialing stay with your biller. My part is making sure the deposits that land in your bank account match what your books say.
